On a mission to bring you the tastiest burgers, Bun & Cheek uses the highest quality ingredients. Our signature patties are made from an ox-cheek brisket and chuck blend, providing a nutritious and juicy base to our many flavour combinations. From the classic favourite Bacon and Cheese, to more exotic flavour combos including Confit Pear with Caramelised Onions and Walnuts. For any of our plant-based burger lovers out there, we’ve also got you covered!

Detroit Dough
Detroit-style pizza is its own thing, and rightly so!
Baked in a rectangular steel tray on a thick, square and almost focaccia-like dough base, our industrial signature pizzas are then covered with lashings of cheddar cheese, sauce and tasty toppings! Why not add Garlic Mushrooms, a hint of Truffle or Slow-cooked Pulled Pork. Grab your mates, as these pizzas are meant to be shared.
Fun fact: Did you know that Detroit pizzas were originally baked in steel trays which were designed for automotive drip pans and car parts!

Our Japanese Fried Chicken is packed full of umami flavour, and we also have a Cauliflower special on the menu, that’s double fried to make it deliciously crispy. Inspired by the fiery flavours of East Asia, our bespoke house sauces add that extra zing and excitement to your meal.
First pick your protein, then add your sauce (our favourite is Gochujang BBQ), then finally select your sides for mouth-wateringly good eats. The Furikake Fries and Sriracha Prawns are a must!
